We are a UK company and proudly partner with a family run manufacturer in Italy who craft our designs.  We deeply consider our supply chain and only source the finest materials from superior Italian mills whose values align with our own.

This can sometimes happen as we make every effort to produce in small batches to adhere to our sustainability policy. If however this happens you can either sign up for a back in stock notification whereby you will be contacted when the item is back in stock or you can be in contact with us here.

Yes we offer free delivery on every order worldwide. 

All orders ship from the United Kingdom and timings will vary depending on your location, as below:

EU Countries: 1-2 business days

Yes, we offer free returns worldwide, online and with free pre-paid labels.You can return items for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be received unused in its original (dust bag) packaging.

Email hello@labriisa.com stating your order number and indicate which item/s you wish to exchange/return and the reason. We will send you a pre-paid returns label together with instructions for collection or drop off to follow.

Returns will be processed in 2-3 business days.
